World Can't Wait, OHIO

World Can't Wait is organizing people living in the United States to take responsibility to stop the whole disastrous course led by the Bush administration. We seek to create a political situation where the Bush administration's program is repudiated, where Bush himself is driven from office, and where the whole direction he has been taking U.S. society is reversed.

Get on the bus Sept 15-- Washington DC
End the War Now!

YOUR GOVERNMENT, on the basis of outrageous lies, is waging a murderous and utterly illegitimate war in Iraq, with other countries in their sights.

Cleveland bus info

MIDNIGHT, Sept. 14th/15th:
Bus picks-up riders at the parking lot of Annunciation Church, 4697 W. 130th St. (between 480 and 71). We’ll be traveling through the night to arrive to D.C. in the morning. (for more details about the 15th, visit http://www.sept15.org/)

Note: we ask that you show up to the church parking lot 30 MINUTES EARLY to get checked in. There will be ample room for signage in the coach, so bring all of your “stuff!”

7pm, Sept. 15th: Bus picks-up riders to depart for Cleveland. We will again ask that you be at the pick-up point 30 minutes early to get checked-in and settled. The exact details of the Washington, D.C. Drop-off and pick-up will be more specifically announced on http://www.sept15.org/, so if you have questions about the day once the bus arrives in the city, I don’t have any more information for you than can be found on that website.

The ticket price keeps getting bumped down little by little by generous donations. The current ticket price is $64.00, but the final ticket price (which would only be $64 or lower) and the opportunity to pay for the ticket via PayPal or MC/Visa will be posted at http://www.tangorush.com/clevelandbus.htm tomorrow (8/29) at 8am.

In order to give all of you who have contacted us already an opportunity to buy a ticket, that link will not be made public until Friday at 5pm. We ask that you hold off forwarding this email or link until that time. We strongly prefer a payment via PayPal or MC/Visa via the webpage, as the balance is already due to the bus company. Please feel free to email me or call me (440.382.6742) with any questions or concerns you may have, and I will do my best to address them or point you in the right direction.

Janet and I look forward to meeting all of you on the 15th!
Peace, Julie Bessette

Drive Out the Bush Regime!

Declare It Now: The urgent color of orange - the color that has been assigned to those detained and tortured with no due process - must become the color of a gathering sentiment to end all this. This spreading of orange is part of seizing the moral high ground and showing our collective determination to bring these crimes to a halt NOW by Driving Out the Bush Regime.

A groundswell of orange, assisted and amplified by the voices of prominent people and musicians wearing and promoting orange on TV, radio, and on stage at concerts can break people out of this conundrum where millions are just furious but still paralyzed by the paralysis of the loyal opposition Party and by the anaesthetizing effects of the presidential elections.
